Return policy
Because FLOELIN products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect color, except where required by law. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and clear photos when applicable. Approved claims receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require a reshipping fee.
Shipping
Free standard U.S. shipping on orders $75+. Standard shipping for smaller orders is calculated at checkout. Most U.S. deliveries arrive 3–4 business days after fulfillment; international delivery generally takes 5–20 business days after fulfillment. Express delivery (typically 1–3 business days after fulfillment) appears at checkout only for eligible products and addresses. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Disclaimers:
• In areas where the fabric is double-layered (like pockets), details from the inner fabric layer may subtly show through, especially with lighter designs.
• Please note that contact with rough surfaces should be avoided since they can pull out the white fibers in the fabric, damaging the leggings.
